Day 3: 16 February 2009
The Excalibur was first of the night. With its marvellous lights. The walls painted so white. Castles and Bridges, Kings and Knights.
Across the street was Newyork newyork. Notice the rollercoaster. Parked on left of it.
And MGM Grand on the other side of the T-junction.
Walked down the strip towards Mandalay Bay. The mystery of the elevators in the pyramid still unsolved and alot more picture taking Luxor before heading back to Stratosphere to rest.
Grand Canyon in the day but those pictures saved for the next post. So continuing our night tour of vegas, Volcanic eruption at Mirage.
Treasure Island show. Dancing ladies and special effects.
Down the Las Vegas Boulevard South once more. Among others, Harrah's on the opposite side.
Enter into Caesar's Palace, greeted by funny looking Greek statues, of which this guy must be the big boss
Among other fashion boutiques. Spent a little time to learn about Roulette. Minimum bet is $10.
Caesar's Palace from outside, resembling Rome.
Flamingo on the opposite side.
Bellagio and the dancing fountain show which was already sleeping. We did not revisit the next day unfortunately.
Paris on the opposite side.
Monte Carlo in European style.
Cross the road and now walk back on the opposite side, passing Casino Royale and others.
Impressive with its pathways, internal design, Italian Gondolas. The Venetian and Palazzo.
Last stop on the hotel tour of Vegas. Time was 2am-3am and back to Stratosphere, which matches up in terms of uniqueness. No pictures from my camera for some reason or other.
Reaching the hotel room, I succumbed to fatigue and tucked myself to sleep.
